Milestones

GINA project will last 24 months. Major schedule intervals will help to measure progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Phase I: this phase will cover all the analysis activities and the definition of the trials.

Phase II: this phase will deal with all the activities leading to the trial campaign, the analysis of the results and the business and exploitation plan preparation.
